Ivory&GoldŽ is a musical ensemble celebrating the greatest examples of American jazz, ragtime, Broadway and Gospel hits. The group consists of Anne Barnhart on flute, Jeff Barnhart on piano and vocals, and Danny Coots on percussion and drums. Ivory&GoldŽ has played to packed houses on 6 of the 7 continents, excluding Antarctica.. This ensemble is busier then ever with concert, festival, and private home appearances scheduled into 2012. The versatility of the group makes it enjoyable to all ages and in all settings, from an intimate 20 person gathering to a 2000+ patron event. In addition to exciting events on land, Ivory&GoldŽ has played at sea on prestigious cruises with, among others, the Regent and Crystal Cruise lines. Their cruise appearances are sponsored exclusively by the entertainment agency Jazzdagen Tours (www.jazzdagen.com). Ivory&GoldŽ was born in 2001, first carving out a reputation as a talented husband-and-wife team. As a duo, Ivory&GoldŽ boasts 6 available recordings: 2 ragtime CDs, an all-Broadway ballad recording, a collection of love songs and a Christmas CD. Stay tuned for the newest duo recording: Starry, Starry, Nights Due to be released in May 2011. While still appearing as a duo, Ivory&GoldŽ is enjoying great feedback from its trio appearances. Trio recordings now number five with the latest Songs of the Wanderers released in October 2010.
